DETAILS

This is a unique wordpress document management approach. With  BePro Listings, your documents can have a, cost, contact info, and or geography attached to them. It also provides you with an opportunity to, search, filter, categorize, and list information in various ways.

Documents are attached to posts as if you uploaded them to the wordpress media library. That way the management and editing of these files is easy. We also showcase the documents in our listings with related icons.

Also, because this solution is built on BePro Listings, with Buddypress, you can allow users to manage document listings from the front end of your website. For real estate, vehicle listings, and other sites where information is often distributed by files like pdfs, this is a perfect solution.

DOCUMENT VIEWER

The combination with our paid Galleries addon, allow you to set document links to open a viewer window. This viewer can showcase certain file types like pdf’s. If the file type cannot be shown, a link to the document will be provided for the user to download it. This is a great option for keeping users on your website while they view documents.

Since this solution only shows certain file types, if you are using a mix of file types, it may be better to leave this feature turned off. That way, users simply get used to downloading all files.

CONCLUSION
