No matter how I arrange the shortcodes, I’m unable to get something that looks like what is found here: http://bycater.ca/

Can you post what shortcodes were used for the body of the page (in the visual or html editor of WordPress)?

I’m also unclear on how to make a listing featured.

Instead of providing excellent documentation, you’re going to have me pay $1.99 and go through the trouble of installing a theme on a test wordpress installation? That’s an hour of my time spent just to get a sample code. Why not just provide a demo install, improve documentation, or answer a help request directly? Please.
