I noticed on our website (cnyspca.org) that if you go on an adoptable pet (i.e. cats or dogs), you can only see the first page (our set up is to show 50 animals-and there were 56 dogs). When you try to go to the second page, the website takes you back to all pets and not the 2nd page of other 6 adoptable dogs. What could be causing the problem?
I have as a shortcode:
[display_listing_categories ctype=”3″]Thank you in advance.

Is ajax turned on? Does the issue persist while using one of themes provided by wordpress e.g. twentythirteen?

BePro Software TeamNovember 27, 2015 at 10:58 am #7542leoreynaMemberAjax is off, because when i turn it on the pagination does not work if the category has more than 50 posts per page. I am using Divi 2.0. (www.cnyspca.org/adopt-a-pet). We were not able to try it on that other theme, we are a very small team of volunteers with limited it skills, trying to do something good for our community, please help us. Thank you

We are not experiencing this problem on our end as you can see on our test site

To help you, we must confirm there is not a conflict with your theme or other plugins as outlined in our troubleshooting tips

BePro Software TeamNovember 28, 2015 at 12:05 pm #7549leoreynaMemberThank you for your response. We switched from Divi 2.0 to TwentyThirteen and the problem still persists. All other plugins were turned off once with Divi on and also under TwentyThirteen still the same issue.
The shortcode I am using for categories listings is:
[display_listing_categories ctype=”3″]For the display of pets:
[display_listings type=”1″ order_dir=”2″ show_paging=”1″]And yet the second page doesn’t list the 2nd page of the category selected. Please advise,

We tested on the following page of your website. The paging seems to work perfectly
– http://www.cnyspca.org/adopt-a-pet/
Which page are you testing on? Also, we suggest turning ajax on

BePro Software TeamNovember 30, 2015 at 7:14 pm #7568leoreynaMemberHello – Thank you for your response. The issue is not the pagination but the results that are displayed when selecting one of the categories.
For example, The category “Cats” have 87 cats available when you click on that category the first 50 cats shows up but when you click on the second page to show the other 37 cats, it does not show the 37 other cats, it shows all the animals (?) please re-try it and you will see what I am talking about.
Also, if I turn Ajax on, the pagination will not work. Thank you for your time and patience.
