    In that case, this is very unique and we would be happy to take a look. Simply purchase 1hr of product support. We will need your ftp and an administrator login which you can send to [email protected]. We typically extend these hours within 12 hours of purchase.

    Once we check out whats going on, we can then give you a quote or point you in the right direction for fixing this issue yourself. As this is a very unique situation, we cannot comment on whats needed to fix this, until we can take a closer look.
