When users upload their images, they are just redirected to a page that says -1, and they are unable to upload any images. (See Screenshot) Any help?

– Is this issue occurring on the user profile, buddypress, or a submission form?
– – If its a submission form, are you using the Form Builder addon?
– Is the user making the submission logged in or out?
– which version of the plugin are you using?
– Does the issue happen when you do the same thing as an admin?

The BePro Submission Form, and if a user tries to edit their listing and add photos after submission.

Yes

They are logged in

Hi,

In the admin menu BePro Listings->Options, there is a repair tab. Click the checkbox having to do with repair templates and save your changes. Does the PHP warning go away?

Looks like you are running an older unsupported version of the form builder. Please upgrade to the latest version and let us know if the “-1” issue persists.

For the gallery issues, can you share a list of the gallery plugins you are using on your website?

I click on check for updates, and none of your plugins (except for BePro Listings) had updates available.

I don’t have any gallery plugins, do I need one? I assumed BePro listings would have its own gallery capabilities…

Hi,

The only way to see if there are updates, is to have a valid subscription and the BePro Software Updates plugin correctly configured. The BePro Listings Form Builder is currently at version 2.06 which puts you at 7 versions behind. This can be checked by viewing the changelog tab on the following url

If you have a valid subscription to this plugin, you can easily download the latest version via your my accounts page

The plugin uses the default WordPress gallery features in its base setup. The gallery addon is not required to use the plugin. If the image preview isn’t working, we suggest deactivating any gallery plugins you have installed. Ultimately, the look and feel of the gallery is controlled by your theme, WordPress, and any gallery plugins you have installed.
