Hi guys,
I created a checkout page with the shortcode [show_bepro_shopping_cart] (NO SPACES) but it’s not executed.
I checked the page.php file in my template and it’s using the function the_content() to generate the page.
How can I troubleshoot this?
Thanks

Did you add the various required settings to the admin? Info like the payment gateways (e.g. paypal) is required before the plugin will allow checkout. Please review our installation documentation and let us know if you continue to experience issues

BePro Software TeamJune 25, 2015 at 1:43 pm #5995DMemberI think the shortcode in the documentation is wrong.
It’s not [show_bepro_shopping_cart] but [show_bepro_cart]Now the checkout page is fine, but I’ve another question on the workflow:
1. A user add a listing choosing the paid option
2. Submitting the listing, the user is NOT redirect to checkout. It just stays on the listing form page.Is this normal?
Also, in “My Listings” under Actions the “PAY” text is not linked to anything.
Shouldn’t be a button to pay for the listing? Thanks!

Glad to hear you are making progress. We should have noticed you referenced an incorrect shortcode. Help us by sharing which documentation are you referring to. The following doc page has the correct shortcode

Yes, so far this all sounds to be working correctly. Have you had a chance to watch our video and documentation regarding setting up payments?
If you did watch the video and selected flat fee (packages), confirm the following
– packages are created in the admin
– packages have a cost above $0Regards,

BePro Software TeamAugust 7, 2015 at 6:56 pm #6530richardMemberHi, I am new to this plugin and have the same problems as the previous post. I have
http://mysite.com/checkout/
created, and it is in the Automatic redirection to checkout page field and have triple checked everything and tried everything and still it just says Listing Successfully Saved instead of going to a paypal checkout. I have flat rate payment selected and a functioning paypal email and account set.The listings shows up in the listings tab. The following are true
– packages are created in the admin
– packages have a cost above $0
– Num Listings = 1I have two packages which show on the create a listing page although neither is selected by default. Should one be selected by default?
Any pointers would be great
Thanks

Sounds like you are headed in the right direction. When using the create_listing_form shortcode, are you also using the redirect=”url_to_go_to” option?
