    Hi, we’ve used this plugin for a few years now, but just recently our listings are no longer appearing on the page. The shortcode for categories works fine, but the shortcode for the listings is not working. I’ve downloaded and installed the latest version to make sure (we were on 3.1.0001), but it is still not working. Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting?

    Also, note that we are at version 3.1.0004. We are in the process of switching from the WordPress update system to our own. I suggest manually uploading to the latest version for free

    Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned in my original post, I already downloaded and installed the latest version, 3.1.0004 (and yes, I did it manually). The troubleshooting page you linked to only has one troubleshooting suggestion for listings, which are that the listings are not published, but that is not the issue in this case, as all of our listings have been published for years, but are only recently not appearing.

    Other shortcodes appear fine, including [bl_all_in_one] and [display_listing_categories]. But the [display_listings] shortcode has stopped working for some reason.

    Do you have any other suggestions of things I could try for shortcodes failing? I really appreciate any help!

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that we have not figured out a solution so far. How about the WP Admin BePro Listings->Options Repair tab. There is an option named “Recreate Search Result Templates”. Check it then click update.

    If that does not work, backup your database then contact us via the following form with login credentials, and we will take a closer look
