    Visiting http://fluttercoin.us/listings

    Everything works as it should.

On this page we use the shortcodes:
    [display_listing_categories]
    [display_listings]
    [create_listing_form]

The first shortcode works as it should.
The second does not. Here is what I mean. If you click on the small category link underneath the listing name, the page that is pulls up is http://fluttercoin.us/listing_types/merchants/ which ends up being a version of http://fluttercoin.us/blog/. A shorter and unformatted version of our blog/news pages.

This problem happens anytime a page is directed to “listing_types” page.

Ya, that’s pretty weird. Did you want the /listing_types/merchants page to be a blog feed, or is that unintended?

Very unintended. Want it to bring up the actual list of merchants.

It functions properly for me on a vanilla install with a default theme (Twenty Twelve). It might be related to some of your customizations. Btw, you might consider adding a heading like “Add a listing” after [display_listings] and before [create_listing_form], just for aesthetic reasons.

the create a listing was just a test.

AFAIK, this default theme with a modified index.php only. No other customization or functions have been altered.

    Our WP install is 3.9.2.

Is it possible it might be a .htaccess or mod_rewrite problem?

    Hi,

Have you tried implementing the plugin on a stock installation to confirm if the issue is isolated to your setup?

You could also try switching your theme to one of the basic “vanilla” themes packaged with wordpress as recommended by mattlemmon.

Ultimately, this is not something we explicitly create. Its a feature offered by wordpress itself. We simply tell wordpress that there is a “listing_type” option for BePro Listings. WordPress then creates the category admin page and the category pages on the front end.

Hi, is there a reason you are using WordPress 3.9 and not 4.0?

I have the same issue. I am also working within one of your themes…

    Hi,

Which theme are you using and can you confirm which issue you are experiencing?
