Hi there,
I’ve just installed BePro Listings software and love it – perfect for my site! I do, however, seem to be having a few teething problems and was wondering if someone could help:
1. When clicked on a listing (AJAX), the listing loads beneath the map as it should, however the ‘Description’ and ‘Comment’ tab links don’t work and there seems to be a large empty space below the description (only appears when description is enabled).
http://mellxx.byethost5.com/blog/cruising/2. When on a listing page, my sidebar widgets seem to shoot to the bottom and make the make look messy. Is it possible to have the sidebar as normal or just remove it on the listings pages completely (don’t have this problem with any other pages)?
http://mellxx.byethost5.com/blog/listings/number-52-sauna/3. In IE my categories on the listings page don’t display correctly:

‘Sauna’ begins next to ‘North East’ instead of below.4. The search on the map doesn’t seem to bring up results that it should?

November 10, 2014 at 8:37 am #3259BePro Software TeamKeymasterHi Joseph,
Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. Luckily, many of these concerns are addressed in our FAQ section
– https://www.beprosoftware.com/documentation/bepro-listings-faq/
- There seems to be an issue with the plugin. We will release a fix within 24 hours
- We have documentation specifically addressing the displaced sidebar issue
- Have you tried any of the other Category templates? You could also consider the filter search shortcode which has a category selector
- Whats your default search distance? Do you have an example of a search which doesn’t work?
- The missing google map zoom features is because of a conflict with your theme. Its covered in the faq link above
While we work on that fix for your first question, consider checking out our documentation section.

I have installed the update and seem to be having the same problem. 🙁

JosephNovember 13, 2014 at 6:55 am #3289BePro Software TeamKeymasterHi,
The only other issue we see with your installation, is a js error on your theme. Try switching to one of the stock wordpress themes (twentytwelve, twentyfourteen, etc). Let me know if that fixes the issue.

I can confirm that I have tried the stock themes and still have the same issue.
Kind regards,
JosephNovember 13, 2014 at 9:45 am #3292BePro Software TeamKeymasterHi Joseph,
Thanks for confirming that you have tested stock themes. The end product we are trying to achieve should work like this example

We have released another update today 2.1.65. Try upgrading again and let me know if that fixes it

BePro Software TeamNovember 13, 2014 at 9:49 am #3293jmellorsParticipantHi there,
I can confirm that problem is persisting, both on my own theme, stock themes, IE and Chrome.

JosephNovember 19, 2014 at 3:53 pm #3424jmellorsParticipantCertain pages, such as the WordPress post listing looks fine but on others (seemingly random) still have the same problem. Tried creating new listings to see if this solved the problem, but doesn’t seem to.
