    Hi,

We have purchased the add on for pmpro and have set a free membership level such that they can add only one listing.
When tested we were able to add multiple listing. Please let us know what we might have done wrong here…

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Please help us to diagnose the issue by sharing the following information

    – Can you share a screenshot of the pmpro addon configuration?
    – Have you placed the front end form in a place where users can access it without logging in?
    – Confirm if the user is logged in when creating the multiple listings

    Hi Team,

We logged in as user and added the listing through backend itself as that is what is required by our client.
Each user is been assigned as Editor. Is this causing the problem.Screenshot For the Add on setting

We have added the screenshot for add on configuration.

    Thanks and Regards

    Hi Guys,

    Anything on this yet…

    Hi,

Our apologies for the delay. Yes, that is the issue. When you add the listing in the admin, you have no limits and the listing is not being fully associated with another user. If they submitted the listing themselves via the frontend, the limits should apply. Please test and let us know

    Hi Team,

Thank you for the reply, we reallu appreciate it.
We have tried adding the listing through front end using the create listing shortcode, but still the same issue. The user is able to add unlimited listing even though there is a restiction applied.
What else could be the reason for this?

    Hi,

Can you share an an administrator username/password so that we can take a look? Please email it to [email protected]

Some issues stand out. The format of the PMPro admin page looks unusual, especially the reference to “Stock Front End Form”. Also, there seems to be at least one membership level without any definitions of limitations. That’s where we would start our investigation.
