Hello,
I purchased your listings plugin and several addons for a clients website, recently I moved the site to a new server and since then none of the listings display via [display_listings], specifically the DIV with the shortcode_list class.
If i include pagination into the short code I can see the amount of pages at the bottom of the page, so I know there aren’t any SQL problems so, i’m lost as to why no actual listings display.
On the previous server, everything worked perfectly. The migration to the new server was without error. My clients website has several other plugins none of which are having any issues.
At this point, I’ve troubleshooted:
-Deleted Plugin and All addon’, re-installed.. didn’t help
-Cleared the database of all bepro_listings entries both in wp_post and the other tables bepro created, then re-deleted plugin and addons, re-installed.. still nothing displays
-Making a new page and reinserting shortcodeI’m out of ideas, please help.
Thanks,
Shaun

On your client’s website, if you install the plugin from wordpress.org, does it activate and create the first listing?

BePro Software TeamOctober 20, 2014 at 12:23 pm #3122tsreagleParticipantThanks for your reply, i resolved the issue by doing a database-wide cleanse of ALL “bepro” entries (posts, options, taxonomies, etc), then reinstalling. I wish I knew exactly what the culprit was, though… my suspicions are permalinks and something to do with database caching, perhaps. There are quite a few plugins on her site, and it is hard to know how one will affect another. Anyway… I might be posting another help request regarding the s2member plugin not picking up a users assigned level here shortly 🙂
Btw, I appreciate your plugin, it is by far the best option I have come across thus far, Thanks!

When did the issue begin? Did the original post created by BePro Listings work?

I am first time using this plugin.I encountered it yesterday..Even the original post is not working.
Here I am with new post.. Name field and other details are not able to publish only and hence not visible.
However, I can only see the distorted post Content. Please find the below post for more details.November 17, 2014 at 10:17 am #3391BePro Software TeamKeymasterHi,
Did this happen suddenly or after an upgrade? Since you are just starting out, have you tried deleting and re-installing BePro Listings
The issue stated by the OP is specific to migrations. This is a known “issue” revolving around how the templates are stored. We would need a more information regarding your setup to provide any suggestions.
