    Hi

    The images in the search result view are not displaying correctly. Horizontal images are being re-sized into the square image in search results. This compresses the image horizontally making the images unusable. They look great on the listing detail gallery view.

    We are using the custom search results plugin ‘tsnw’

    Please advise on how we can correct this.

    Hi,

    Sounds like the layout is working exactly as designed. What exactly are you hoping to accomplish? Are you looking for a layout which shows images at 100% size in search results?

    Hi.

    The images are being resized incorrectly.

    Gallery image showing horizontal image – http://threesheetsnw.com/listings/2005-j100/

    Search results with squashed images into a square so image is not usable/does not show boat very well – http://threesheetsnw.com/boats-for-sale/

    One other note – the images below the main gallery image have the same issue.

    We need to keep the horizontal image shape integrity in the search results. Please advise.

    I am looking for the images to keep the right proportions and not be distorted.

    Since all image management is controlled by wordpress, your only option would be to use the image at 100% of its size. If that makes sense for your needs, then contact us via [email protected] for a quote on a custom listing template. Please add a link to this forum topic in your email

    You did create a custom listing template called ‘tsnw’ for us. This is the issue.
