Hi,
I have BePro Listings Form Builder plug-in installed (Version 1.0.22) in my wordpress website.
I’m facing issues with adding a field with an apostrophe (‘) in the Form builder. It throws error saying “Error saving new form”.When I checked online for this error, I came to know that there’s already a higher version available for Form Builder. Could this be a problem? If yes then I’m wondering why this update has not been pushed as a notification like other plug-ins do in my WordPress site.
Please help! Urgent!
Hello,
You must download and install the 100% FREE BePro Software Updates plugin to receive updates.

The changelog is also available on our website and you can always download the latest version of the Form Builder from your My accounts page

I just checked the changelog and the BePro Software Updates capability was added in version 1.0.23. So you will still need to download the latest version from your my accounts page. From then on, you can update from the wordpress plugin panel, if BePro Software Updates is installed. For upgrading, we strongly suggest that you either
a) delete the plugin completely before uploading via the wordpress plugin panel
b) upload the files via ftp and do not use the wordpress admin plugin panel

Thanks for your reply.
I have uploaded the BePro Software Updates plugin. However, regarding Form builder plugin I’m wondering which one of the options a) or b) would be safe to follow. I don’t want to loose my form built in form builder version I have (1.0.22). Please advise.
Thanks!
I have uploaded the new version following this option as suggested- “a) delete the plugin completely before uploading via the wordpress plugin panel”
Still the error. I can not save a field with Apostrophe in its name like (eg., Valentine’s) even with the latest version 1.0.32 of form builder.
Would you please look into this issue? Thanks.
Hello,
In that case, the plugin is catching the use of apostrophes and rejecting them. This does not sound like a small or immediate change. With that said, our dev team has been notified.

Thanks for that. I hope it gets fixed soon.
Keep it up!
Hi,
A fix was released for this issue in version 1.0.33. Thanks for your patience. Please consider rating the form builder
