    Hi there. I’ve created 9 listings so far but when I view the summary on my listings page, I only see 8. In the options, under search/listing, I’ve set the default # listings to 50. Any idea why only some of my listings are showing up? Here is the site: http://hypopressivescanada.com/listings/

    Hi,

    As a first step for troubleshooting this issue, please create another listing (#10). Let us know if it shows up and if any others disappear.

    Also, what happens if you go to the page for the listing directly?

    Also, do what do you have set for the BePro Listings option “Days until Listings Expire?”

    I added a #10 and I still only see 8 on the listings page.
    When I go directly to the listings that are not showing up, I see only the description. The template is not correct. Here is an example: http://hypopressivescanada.com/listings/nadia-deenan/

    Hi,

    The template is a separate issue which we cover extensively in our documentation and member videos.

    When you created #10, did any of the previous 8 disappear? Is #10 one of the 8 visible listings?

    I added three more listings (#10-12). None of them are showing on the listings page. When I view these listing, only the description displays. Numbers 1-9 show the listing correctly when I view the listing.

    ok,

    Your issue may be related to the images being turned off. What happens if you check the “show_imgs” option in the admin?

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, we can offer FREE support where one of our developers will login and check it out

    That worked. I can see all the listings, but now I get a big placeholder image that says “NO IMAGE” for each listing. How do I eliminate that? I do not plan to have images on the the listings. That’s why I had images turned off.

    Hi,

    The ability to remove images is a new feature of BePro Listings and had a few bugs. We are releasing a fix for this in the next version of the plugin. We are also releasing a new feature enhancement which has been delaying its release. As you can see from our changelog, we release new versions just about every week, sometimes several times a week.

    I turned off the images and then turned them back on.

    I added some more and now it’s working again. Please let me know when the fix is ready so I can remove the photos.

    Hi,

    Glad to hear to figured out a solution. If you have upgraded to the latest version of BePro Listings, then you already have the fix. I suggest removing the images since that was your goal.
