    Hi,
    We have an issue with our client’s site (9east.net). We have added new listings, but they are not showing up on the display page. I have updated all of the plugins, themes, and WP without any success. The listings are published, and they are assigned categories.

    Any ideas additional troubleshooting steps I we can take?

    Hi,

    Do you have payment features turned on with the option for listings to expire?

    We do not use the payment option. I did a side by side comparison between the listing that are visible and the ones that are not.

    Hi Jeff,

    Did you notice any difference between to listings that were visible and the ones that were not? Are they all listed as “Published”?

    I figured it out, the user used the wrong form type for the post.
