    Hi,

    Try deactivating all plugins and themes not created by the BePro Software Team, then trying the upgrade again. If possible, also try using another browser.

    Good evening!
    Tried all that You suggested.
    The plugin is not updated 🙁
    Can you send an updated version to reinstall manually?
    And even in the POT files file not all words for translation. In BePro Cart a lot of words not translated.

    Hi,

    You can always download the newest version from the plugin page or your My Accounts page. Remember to delete the previous version, if you plan on uploading the new version via the admin

    We did notice a .POT file needs to be created. We are working on fixing the translation issues for this plugin. The next version will include improved translation capability. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

    Good day! Yes I tried to download and install the new version of the plugin, but from your site is downloaded as the old version 1.0.03 🙁

    Hi,

    I’m not sure how that’s possible. I just personally downloaded the file to my desktop and it is 1.0.04. It actually sounds like you have a corrupt plugin installation scenario. Did you delete it 100% before uploading the new version? Unzip the plugin on your desktop and open the bepro_cart.php file. Near the top of the file, does it say 1.0.04?

    The only other option I can recommend at this point is to contact our team via the following contact form. Be sure to add a link to this forum post. Ask them to send you a copy of 1.0.04
