Hi,
I presume everything works fine. Except for couple of clarifications.

I am using bpsocial. on the listings page the right side widgets are going below the listings. Hence the page is not looking good. how to rectify

i am interested in buying the add ons. but before that would like to know why the listings are not getting listed in the activity stream. how to list the same in the activity.

The design issue you are having with bpsocial sounds like something you may need a designer for. Its unfortunately not possible to guarantee how BePro Listings will work with other addons. If you would like developer support for this issue we can definitely help.

Regarding the activity stream issue. This was a missing feature. It has been added to the newest release of bepro listings 2.0.60 released today. Thanks a lot for conveying this issue to us.

Hi,

Superb what i was looking for a long time. Now few errors which i get are listed herewith:

1.

View listing from the view option (in the listings – action section) – i get
Oops! That page can’t be found.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below?

also in the listings – action section i tried to delete the ad – nothing happens. Even the page itself does not get refreshed

created a page with listings – http://localhost/test/listings/. added the shortcode – [display_listings]

now when i click the menu “listings” from the home page menu i get –

Hi,

It sounds like you need help setting up the plugin:

1) Refresh your permalinks in the admin. This is under your settings menu
2) Once a listing is created, make sure that its actually “Published” in the admin. Look under the BePro Listings menu

Once you have done those two things, let me know if any issues remain.

Hi

I have reinstalled wordpress and have installed beprolistings and buddypress with no other plugin active.
Created a listing and have activated from the backend.

I get two errors.

1. when i click the “admin created a new listing, testaa 4 minutes ago” which is a new listing i get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function money_format() in C:\xampp\htdocs\buddy\wp-content\plugins\bepro-listings\bepro_listings_frontend.php on line 392

2. when i click the listing page i get the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\xampp\htdocs\buddy\wp-content\plugins\bepro-listings\bepro_listings_frontend.php on line 216

Thanks for this feedback

1) First issue is a problem with your server. Money_format is a php function. You will need to consult your server provider about that. Function can be seen here:

http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.money-format.php

2) The second issue is caused by using a template that does not exist. Didn’t anticipate this. We will be releasing another version within minutes which uses a default template when the requested one is invalid. An example of proper use would be [ display_listing type=1 ]

HI,

I may not go for 1 hr or other hourly plugins. But if this works will surely go for the add on’s.

Also, is it possible for me to have some fields extra. Also, would like to rename some of the fields. If yes how?

Please upgrade to the latest version of BePro Listings if you have not done so already. All bugs are fixed.

Regarding the extra fields question, the plugin does not have that feature. In fact, many of our planned add ons, provide new fields for, realestate, classifieds, pet, and other specific listing sites. If you would like for us to create new field sets for you, we can provide a quote for building a solution specifically for you.

Hi,

I am still couple of bugs: very similar to what i have mentioned earlier. i have even changed my theme to default buddypress theme.

1. This is through the activity stream – “admin created a new listing, testaa 13 minutes ago”.
When i clicked the above i get

As mentioned earlier, both errors which you have noted, refer to a PHP function called money_format. If that PHP function does not work on your server, then the issue is with your server. You can view the php function here:

http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.money-format.php

We cannot help further with this issue since it is directly related to deficiency with your server. To fix the issue, consult your service provider.

Hi,

This issue seems to be related to windows servers only:

The function money_format() is only defined if the system has strfmon capabilities. For example, Windows does not, so money_format() is undefined in Windows.

So we have removed this function from the latest version of BePro Listings.
