Hi,
I’ve setup bepro listings contact plugin for my site, I’m using buddypress and requiring that users create an account. Is there any way that I can set up the contact plugin so that it automatically populates the name and email fields for the user, give that this information will already be held by me if the user is logged in?
Regards
Jam
Hi,
This feature request makes sense. We will add it to a future version of the contacts plugin.

actually a quick question about the setup of the contact add on, under the addon options there is a check box to email the author. What happens if I leave this unchecked? Will it then simply email the web admin? Is there a way that I can set the contact add on to email an email address collected from the form?
Hi,
– Its one or the other. Either the email goes to the admin or the email goes to the listing owner. If it is left unchecked, the email will go to the website admin only
– No, we removed the feature to email the person submitting the form. This was done, because it would be an extremely easy exploit to use your form, to email other people. Remember, there is absolutely nothing stopping an individual from placing any email address into the contact form. Imagine how easy it would be for someone to use your contact form, to send mass emails
