    Hi,

I’m using both Form Builder and the Document upload add-on. I’m also using Buddypress. When I go to my member profile and edit a listing from there, I can upload an image or document. However, when I press save listing it deletes what ever image or document was previously saved from the listing. I have the upload set to 3 but it seems I can only save 1 file at a time per listing. Can this be fixed or am I missing something in the settings somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Anne

    Hi,

One update to this. I can add more than one file from the WordPress backend. So it seems that the issue with uploading more than one file is only from the front end edit feature.

    Hi Anne,

Lets see if we can figure this out

Did you use the file field when building the form? If so, our first step should be confirming the following

    1) The plugin only allows you to use 1 of the file upload fields
    2) When viewing the form on the front end, the correct amount of upload options exist. So if you have three uploads set in the admin, you should have 3 upload options on the front end

Can you confirm that you are seeing whats described in #1 and #2?

    Hi,

I did use the file field.:
    1) Yes confirmed- it only allows me to use 1
    2) I see three upload options, but when I’ve uploaded all 3 docs and press Save Listing, it only saves the first one.

In addition, I’m finding more errors. I’ve tried deleting the plugins and re-uploading them (the latest updates) and re-adding forms and listings. When I click Save Listing, it creates 4 copies of the listing! And then when I visit the listing, I see database errors instead of the content:
WordPress database error: [Table ‘herecom7_wp_c9q1.wp_c9q1v2_bepro_listings’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT * FROM wp_c9q1v2_bepro_listings WHERE post_id = 1073

And when I look at the database tables in phpmyadmin, indeed the table for bepro listings does not exist. I only see tables for form fields and form. Apparently it wasn’t added when I re-uploaded the bepro listings plugin?

In addition, when I edit the Listing from the WordPress backend, under Custom Form Submissions, I’m seeing just a select form and not the extra fields I’ve created so I can’t edit them. Yikes! I’m on deadline. Can you help?

    Thanks,
    Anne

    Hello Anne,

I’m sure we can help you with these issues

    1) We recommend that users download and install BePro Listings via the wordpress admin (compared to via ftp). Since its hosted on wordpress.org, you can easily upgrade via the admin panel. Try deleting BePro Listings then re-installing via the admin plugin panel.

    2) You need to specify which form the user is submitting to when setting up the submission page. Each form has a shortcode, use it on the registration page. Once the correct form is used during submission, it will show the related fields under “Custom Form Submissions” when editing it.

    3) Thank you for trying our troubleshooting steps. Our development team is attempting to replicate the document upload issue. We understand you are on a deadline and hope to have an answer for you today

After BePro Listings is re-installed, let us know if some/most if these issues are rectified

    Hello,

So I just deleted all Bepro listings plugins from the wordpress admin side and re-added Bepro Listings via the plugin panel in wordpress. I tried to just manually add a listing from the WordPress end and I’m still getting the database error that the table doesn’t exist in my database. I go to my database and don’t see the table. Is there a way for me to just manually add the table the plugin is looking for? Here is that error again:
WordPress database error: [Table ‘herecom7_wp_c9q1.wp_c9q1v2_bepro_listings’ doesn’t exist]

    Hi Anne,

There is always a way to manually do this. However, the plugin does this on its own. In fact, during activation, you should see our default listing created. The fact that the plugin is not installing the tables or the default listing, means that there is a bigger issue somewhere.

Our team would be happy to login and see what exactly is preventing the plugin from operating correctly. If interested, simply send admin credentials to [email protected].

Who knows, it could be a single issue that’s causing the image and database issues.
