I have purchased and installed the Vehicle Listing add-on and when I create a listing and select the vehicle options, e.g. type, miles, years, condition, these fields do not save.

Thanks for the update. We are not experiencing the issue which suggests there was a problem during installation and/or a conflict with another plugin. Please attempt the following troubleshooting steps

1) Deactivate all plugins and themes not created by the BePro Software Team
2) Deactivate, delete and re-install the vehicles addon

Let us know if the issue persists

I have deactivated all plugins and also tried changing to the default theme. When I try to activate the vehicle add-on, the following message displays:

That error helped us to track down the issue. A new version has been release (1.0.22). Its available via the My Accounts page here on BeProSoftware.com. Alternatively, if you have BePro Software Updates installed, its available via the plugin admin page.

If you are downloading via the My Accounts page, we recommend that you first delete the plugin 100%. Then upload and install the new version.

Hi,

Your layout issue is probably related to issues with your theme’s css. To confirm, simply activate one of the base free themes that are packaged with wordpress e.g. (twentythirteen, twentyfifteen, etc). Does the issue persist?

If the issue is in fact limited to your current theme, we recommend our Galleries addon which places all images in a slider.

Hi. Another question, how easy is it to change the search filter variables? For instance, it is specifically for cars, I would like to change it to aircraft which will mean changing the filters to manufacturer, model and country.

Hi,

Today it would require another custom addon to be built. However, we just received financial investment from a customer, to extend the Form Builder addon to facilitate custom search criteria.

As you can imagine, this new feature will make the vehicles addon obsolete. The benefit being that you could then accommodate the needs of any listing niche. Its a very exciting time for BePro Listings and its Form Builder addon. We just launched conditional fields and custom search features are next.

To be honest, there are other goodies coming with the next Form Builder update. The price will go up slightly when the new version is released. You can buy in now and update for free or wait approximately a week

All of this has only been possible through great support from our Customers. Suggestions, reviews and financial contributions have been essential to get us to where we are today. We have lots of other features scheduled for development so stay tuned!

We intend to release another upgrade within 24 hours with fixes and enhancements. You can monitor versions by looking at the changelog tab on any of our product pages

Most of your needs will probably be facilitated in the upcoming upgrade. However, note that we have not facilitated a solution for the “Country” field, so in that case you would still need the search_form shortcode. So instead of having all search criteria in one area, you will still need 2 like you have today; However, the search filter can be customized.
