I wonder if you can help?

After doing an initial listing, any updates for some reason are not applying, so for example i miss out the address and amend later, except despite inputting it and updating it doesn’t add it. The only way round it is to re-do the whole listing from the start.

Any advice on how to over come this?

– What version of the plugin are you currently using?
– Did you upgrade from a previous version?
– Have you tried the 3 steps under the “Diagnosing Issues” section of our troubleshooting documentation?

Hi,

-I am using V – 2.1.999

-I installed this straight to this version

– I haven’t tried to do this as i didn’t want to loose any settings and mess with the hours i have put in to far.

If you feel doing a reset i will try, pls advise.

Update to say, i have done this and the problem still happens and to add to it, i have lost all 100+ listing and am having to manually go in and save them all again. 🙁
