Good day. Please can you check this page. It seems the Wysiwig editor is the problem. http://klerksdorponline.com/classifieds/submissions/ How do I fix this?

    Hi,

What exactly is the submission issue you are experiencing? Can you also confirm there are no errors on the BePro Listings->BPL Status admin page?

Ultimately, the wysiwyg editor is an option which can be changed via the BePro Listings->Options admin page

Thank you so much. Please can you tell me where I can change the word ‘optional’ on the submissions page to ‘Select Categories’. Optional will make the people think that categories are optional and not mandatory.

No Errors on the BePro Listings->BPL Status admin page 🙂

So are you still receiving the submission error?

We have received several requests regarding that word and will allow users to edit it via the admin in the next version of the plugin. Currently, the only way to change it is via packaged language files

Sorry, that was rude of me not to tell you the outcome. The submissions is working now, after I removed the Wysiwig editor. (which would be great if we found a solution for that, because I’d love to give my clients that editor when they add their advertisements).
Also the possibility not to have people post in parent categories.
    Great plugin!

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Please consider leaving a 5 star review on wordpress.org. That’s the best way to encourage our developers and support the plugin.

It is possible to prevent users from selecting certain categories. You will need a coma separated list of the category ID’s which you would like to exclude. Then use that list in the “Exclude Categories” textbox on the BePro Listings->Options page (Forms tab). If unsure how to retrieve category ID’s, we offer wordpress screencast tutorials

If the plugin submits with the normal description box, then it sounds like you are experiencing a conflict somewhere (plugin or theme). I suggest trying the tips in our troubleshooting documentation if the wysiwyg editor is a plus for your project.
