    Hi,

I restored an entire wordpress site from backups and the listings are present in the WordPress backend, and it looks like BePro is picking them up: in the alphabetical list, there are not headings for Z, and Q, which I have no items for.

I saw in another post that there are special BePro tables that need special attention. What tables are they, and can they be automatically rebuilt somehow, or if not, what are the table names so that I can restore from mysql backup?

And could there have been any breaking changes in the past few months?

    Site info:
    Page in question: http://calgarycrosstrainers.com/wp/leaders
    Page backend content:

    [bl_alpha_list]
    [display_listings type=”bl4″ order_by=1 limit=3000]

BePro Listings page: several published items
    Wordpress version: 4.6.4
BePro version: Version 2.2.0026 (I see 0028 is now available)
BePro Listings Business Directory version: Version 1.0.02

    BePro Listings – status
    Database Tables OK
    File Path bepro-listings/bepro_listings.php
    Google API OK
    Result Templates OK

    PHP
    CURL OK
    File Get Contents OK
    Memory Limit 256M
    Max Upload Size 50M
    PHP Time Limit 30
    ASP Tags OFF

    SERVER
    Type Apache

    Protocol HTTP

    Thanks,

    Hi Jared,

Did you restore to the same url? Did you try the repair option in the BePro Listings->Options admin page?

Yes, I restored to the same URL, although then I changed the page name to leaders. I changed it back to: http://calgarycrosstrainers.com/wp/clients/

I went to the restore tab, and the only checkbox was “Recreate Search Result Templates” (It said I needed to add something else if I want email notifications.) I checked that and clicked the “Update BePro Listings Options”, but it doesn’t seem to have helped.

what happens when you try to visit one of the listing pages directly? Can you share one of the links?

Here is one of them — the name/pic/category shows up correctly:

I used Updraftplus to restore the WordPress database, but perhaps I should try restoring the verbatim raw mysql database files.

I see a bunch of BePro listings tables inside my restored database. So I am thinking the database is good?

I can’t remember if I modified the template — I wouldn’t think it would cause an issue after restoring.

(It’s like it’s not finding the template files. I looked at the code and see it uses WP_PLUGIN_DIR to try to find the templates, but I see on wordpress docs it is not recommended to use this constant?)

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

The repair option in the admin was designed to fix the templates after a move to a different server. If this is not working, we would be happy to investigate within 1hr of product support

I thought I tried that to no avail. I upgraded WordPress, but what seemed to fix it was deactivating and reactivating the BePro Listings plugin!

Thanks for your responses and for the plugin.
