I have a problem with Custom Form Submission Details not showing. When I create the new submission the information shows just fine. But when the Submission is entered on the frontend it wont display. When try to manually add it on the backend and select publish the information is deleted.

That is Correct. The form is created with the Form Builder addon. Specifically it is telephone number field. Apparently it is two place to put this information on the regular form and addon. It is on the regular field but disappears out of the Addon field when published. The problem is it will only show to visitor if it is on the Addon.

Specifically, the field name needs to be “phone”. Can you confirm that you are actually using that word as the field name?
