We just tested the feature and we are not experiencing this issue on our end. Try deactivating ALL of your other plugins and reverting back to any of the default themes. Then try creating a listing again to see if there is a conflict somewhere.

We recommend allowing the the application to figure out the Lat/Lon. If you change the address, you should remove the lat/lon so it is recalculated or change it manually.
